Vince Zampella, a Gaming Pioneer, Has Died in a Los Angeles Traffic Collision
Vince Zampella, renowned for co-creating the globally famous first-person shooter Call of Duty, has died in a car accident in Los Angeles, California at the age of 55.
His passing was announced by Electronic Arts, which owns Respawn Entertainment, a game studio which he helped establish.
The influential game designer died after his vehicle was involved in a crash and was engulfed in flames on a freeway in the Los Angeles area on Sunday morning, according to.
